Rates

For Reservations between April 1 and September 30 the following rates apply:

• Weekend night (Friday and Saturday): $225.00/night for 1-6 people plus current tax of 9.75% plus $10.00 per night for each additional guest.
•  Week night (Sunday to Thursday): $195.00/night for 1-6 people plus current tax of 9.75% plus $10.00 per night for each additional guest.
• For a full week (any 7 day period) there is a 10% discount.
• For a stay of 30 consecutive days or more there is a 20% discount.

We require a two night minimum stay.

• Weekend night (Friday and Saturday): $185.00/night for 1-6 people plus current tax of 9.75% plus $10.00 per night for each additional guest.
• Week night (Sunday to Thursday): $165/night for 1-6 people plus current tax of 9.75% plus $10.00 per night for each additional guest.
•  For a full week (any 7 day period) there is a 10% discount.
• For a stay of 30 consecutive days or more there is a 20% discount.

We require a two night minimum stay.

• The master bedroom and a second bedroom have queen size beds.  The third bedroom has two twin beds.  There is a self inflatable queen size mattress for a maximum of 8 people.  Children count as people.
• Successful reservations will receive an email confirmation and a code to unlock the back door.
• Use the reservation calendar to check availability.
• At the time of the reservation a deposit of two nights is required.

If you cancel at least one week before your scheduled reservation arrival date, you will receive a refund of your reservation deposit minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.  If you can cancel with a shorter notice or if you do not show up, you will be charged for two nights.
